A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Balance of payment is then due 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
Full payment is due if you are booking less than 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
If payment is not received by the 6-week date, the holiday dates may be cancelled, and payment already received will be forfeited. If you cancel your holiday within the 6-week period, having made full payment, every effort will be made to re-book the house to someone else, and, if successful, you will be refunded your payment, less the deposit
